Klasyczkiem bym tego nie nazwał - Sufjan ma w swoim katalogu takie albumy jak Michigan czy Illnois, a nawet The Age of Adz, które bardziej zasługują na to miano. Niemniej jednak super album, w moim prywatnym rankingu top3 2015 roku.

Cudna płyta, moja ulubiona Stevensa, wczoraj wróciłem i byłem rozczulony cały wieczór, piękna muzycznie i lirycznie, bardzo mi się podoba, jak potrafi kilkoma słowami zarysować dziecięce traumy i trafia w punkt. Na Pitchforku wspaniale zakończyli reckę tego krążka:

Prawda. Znakomity album to jest. Should Have Known Better nadal jest na mojej prywatnej playliście. Kocham ten utwór.

Podbijam, piękny album. Pierwszy jaki usłyszałem od Sufjana i w sumie żaden inny nie jest moim zdaniem tak dobry.

u mnie to trochę ewoluowało, dluższą chwile wydawało mi się, ze nic innego od Sufjana nie ma do Carrie & Lowell podjazdu, Should Have Known Better czy Fourth of July kładły (i kładą) na łopatki przy każdym odsłuchu

no ale potem okazało się, że na Age of Adz jest Impossible Soul i nic już nie było takie samo

nie zapominajmy o Illinois
